The cheery pop-up shop that's come to a major Canadian retailer
Marimekko, known for its clothing, accessories and home goods in a variety of cheery prints and colours is settling in to Simons locations as a fall and holiday pop-up shop.
It's now easier to find Marimekko, the Finnish brand known for its delightful prints and colours, in Canada. For fall 2018, the brand has set up shop in three Simons locations across the country, including Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga, Place Saint-Foy in Quebec City and Rideau Shopping Centre in Ottawa.
Simons has carried Marimekko pieces for some time now—in fact, they are the only major retailer in Canada where you can find a wide assortment of the ready-to-wear collection—but the pop-ups have expanded the range to include accessories, bags and gifts. The other major Canadian retailer where you can find Marimekko pieces is EQ3, which offers home goods such as bedding and dishware.
Every month until the holidays, Simons and Marimekko will release new products to keep the merchandise fresh and timely for the season. Spoiler alert: The holiday collection is to die for!
