Pick up a unique utility jacket to help support HIV/AIDS research
Worldwide clothing retailer Gap is celebrating 10 years of supporting (Red), the nonprofit organization dedicated to ending HIV-AIDS, with a beautiful bang! In addition to the company committing $1 million to The Global Fund—the recipient of (Red)'s donations—Gap's team of designers collaborated with 6 female artists from around the world and let their creative genius soar.
Rather than just a charity tee or sweatshirt (which are also available), they created six unique utility jackets, each featuring the work of one of the artists, including Faith47 (an internationally acclaimed visual artist from South Africa), Kelsey Montague (a New York City-based artist and colouring book author) and Lady Aiko (a Japanese artist living in NYC). As of December 1 (World Aids Day), these unisex toppers, retailing for $198 to $318, are available at gapcanada.ca and select Gap stores worldwide.
