New Year's Eve Toast... kid style
Everyone likes a party... especially kids. So, when you are planning your New Year's Eve celebration, don't forget the little ones. Why not let them get in on the "toasting" action with their own version of champagne and caviar... milk and cookies. :-)
To make the "toast" extra special, dip the rim of each wine glass in a little water and some cupcake sprinkles before filling them with milk. Fun, right? And what good is milk without some yummy cookies? We served ours with Canadian Living's Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies. {They were a big hit with my boys.} This is a great New Year's Eve treat, but it is really good for any special occassion. I think it would be a fantastic bedtime snack at a slumber party! Are you serving anything fun on December 31?
