Hi friends, I think I've misplaced my crafting mojo. I've got bits and pieces all over the place, half knitted swatches piled on pieces of fabric, which are piled on piles of pattern printouts... ...and all I can think about are the projects I'd *rather* be doing. Which is a bit of a joke, since nobody's making me do any of these in the first place! And it's hard to concentrate at all on the first +25C day of the year. (It's a hard life, isn't it? Sheesh!) In the meantime, some of the things that are catching my eye:

• Handmade Beginnings, by Anna Maria Horner. There's a bit of a baby boom happening in my group of friends right now, and I think I'll end up buying a copy of this book. It's packed with projects to make for every member of the family!
• Still with the tiny patchwork quilts.
• These neat personalized sneakers.
• The idea of a cookbook club. I think that's the kind of book club I could get behind!
