Good Find: Highlighter Tape
Hi friends, Last night I finally started working on
Gwendolyn. I'm just swatching, mind you, but hey – I've gotta start somewhere! I haven't worked on cables in a long time, and in that time, someone invented something awesome:
Highlighter Tape.
The opaque tape comes in a variety of colours and is repositionable, which means it's perfect for highlighting one row of a chart at a time (and will enable me to use and reuse the same chart over the course of knitting the sweater). I bought the tape at
Lettuce Knit, here in Toronto – at about $4, it's one of the best impulse buys I've ever made in a yarn store. If you're not in T.O. but you're jonesing for a tape fix, it looks like the tape is also available from some teachers' stores and online from Amazon. Nice! Have a happy Thanksgiving – hope you manage to fit some crafting into that three-day weekend!
