Method
250g of medium or broad egg noodles (I have used elboe in a pinch)
I can of cream of mushroom soup (I use an extra half can if I increase the amount of noodles)
I can flaked tuna in water
I can mushrooms (optional)
some sautéed onions (optional)- about 1/4 cup? - your choice
1/2 cup milk
Cheddar cheese - enough to cover top about 1 cup
Cook noodles and drain. While noodles cooking sauté onion if using and and once softened add can of drained mushroom and mix . Add to noodles with mushroom soup, tuna, and the milk and mix up. Put in a casserole dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes to heat through. Yummmm!
