Slice baguette diagonally into twenty-four 1/4 inch (5 mm) thick slices. In bowl, combine olive oil, sesame seeds, basil, thyme, ground cumin, salt and pepper; brush over slices.Bake on rimmed baking sheet in 375°F (190°C) oven, turning once, until crisp and golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool. (Make-ahead: Store in airtight container for up to 2 days. Recrisp in oven for 2 minutes before serving.)
