In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook chops, turning once, for 8 to 10 minutes or until just a hint of pink remains inside. Transfer to plate.Add stock, sugar, vinegar, garlic and pepper to skillet; cook over high heat, stirring often, for 4 minutes or until syrupy. Return chops and any accumulated juices to skillet; turn to coat and heat through.
