Method
In bowl, whisk jerk seasoning with oil; add chicken and turn to coat. Place on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; broil, turning once, for about 12 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Let cool slightly; cut into thin strips.
In large bowl, toss together chicken, lettuce, mango, red pepper, mayonnaise and lime rind and juice. Divide among tortillas, placing in centre of each. Fold 2 sides over filling; roll up from end.
