Place steak in large shallow dish. In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper; pour over steak, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 24 hours.Transfer steak to greased grill or grill pan over medium-high heat; close lid and cook for 7 minutes per side for medium-rare, brushing with remain-ing marinade before turning. Transfer to cutting board; tent with foil and let stand for 10 minutes. Slice very thinly across the grain.
