In large skillet, toast almonds over medium heat.; pour into bowl.Add vegetable oil to skillet. Stir-fry broccoli, garlic, salt and pepper over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add water; cover and steam until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add almonds.
