Cranberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce recipe >>Cut ribs into 2-rib portions; place, meaty side up, in single layer in foil-lined roasting pan. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, cumin and salt ; rub over ribs. Cover with foil; roast in 400°F (200°C) oven for 1 hour.
