Parsley Vinaigrette: In airtight jar, shake together olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper. Set aside or refrigerate up to 2 days.In large airtight container or bowl, combine lettuce, carrot, celery, chicken, green onions, almonds and raisins. Add vinaigrette and toss.
