Horseradish Dressing: In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chives, horseradish, salt and pepper.
In bowl, toss together kale, apple, radicchio, fennel and endive. Drizzle with Horseradish Dressing, tossing to combine. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with walnuts.
Test Kitchen Tip: Toast walnuts on a baking sheet in a 350°F oven until browned and fragrant, about 8 minutes.
