Slice steaks crosswise into about 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick strips. Toss together steak, ginger, five-spice powder, salt and pepper until coated.Thread steak onto metal or soaked wooden skewers; arrange on lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Brush both sides with hoisin sauce. Broil (without turning) until medium-rare, about 6 minutes.
