Method
In bowl, mix together green onions, coriander, salsa, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper; mix in beef. Shape into four 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick patties. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; fry patties, turning once, until no longer pink inside, about 10 minutes.
Red Onion Lime Relish:
Meanwhile, in bowl, combine onion, coriander, lime rind and juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
Pit, peel and thinly slice avocado; serve beside patties. Top patties with relish.
