Method

Sesame Dressing In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, sugar and sesame oil until smooth. Stir in sesame seeds. Set aside.

In large bowl, toss together lettuce, cucumber, snap peas, cabbage, tomatoes and avocado. Sprinkle with green onions. Drizzle with ¼ cup of the Sesame Dressing; toss to coat. 

Test Kitchen Tip: Leftover Sesame Dressing can be used later as a dip for crudités; refrigerate in airtight container for up to one week.
