Preheat oven to 425°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange naan on prepared pans. Leaving 1/2-inch border around edges, brush with 1/4 cup of the Soy Glaze. Bake until edges are golden, 5 to 8 minutes.
Spread pasta sauce over top; top with mozzarella, Soy-Glazed Beef Meatballs and tomatoes. Bake until cheese is melted and edges of naan are crisp, 10 to 12 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes. Top with spinach; drizzle with remaining Soy Glaze, if desired.
