Kale is a hearty green that's perfect for marinating. We've included napa cabbage for added crunch, but you can substitute with shredded green cabbage.

Method

In large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, oil, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in kale, cabbage and red pepper; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.)
