In bowl, combine parsley, oil, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper; rub all over chops. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat or under broiler. Close lid and grill or broil, turning once, until juices run clear when pork is pierced and just a hint of pink remains inside, 8 to 10 minutes.
