In large bowl, whisk together oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic and half each of the salt and pepper.Sprinkle steak with remaining salt and pepper; grill on greased grill or in grill pan over medium-high heat, turning once, until desired doneness, about 8 minutes for medium-rare. Transfer to cutting board; let stand for 5 minutes. Thinly slice across grain.
In bowl with dressing, toss together lettuce, radicchio and croutons; divide among 4 dinner plates.
Arrange warm steak slices over greens; top with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
