A little dill and feta cheese are all you need to dress up this everyday staple. Low and slow is the key to silky-smooth scrambled eggs, but the result is well worth the extra effort. Serve with a simple salad to make a delicious, light dinner for two.

Method

Whisk together eggs, feta cheese, dill, pepper and salt.

In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat; cook egg mixture, stirring, until creamy and just set, about 5 minutes. Serve with pita.
