Method
In small heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate. Stir in cherries and almonds.Spread in parchment paper-lined 9- x 5-inch (2 L) loaf pan, smoothing top and pushing into corners. Refrigerate until firm, about 1-1/2 hours. Cut into pieces.
