Arrange plums, cut side down, in large shallow greased baking sheet. Whisk liqueur with half of the honey; pour over plums. Roast in 375ºF (190ºC) oven, basting occasionally, for 40 minutes, or until tender.In bowl, combine remaining honey with mascarpone cheese; dollop on plums or serve on the side. Sprinkle almonds over plums.
