Topping: In bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Using pastry blender, cut in butter until crumbly. Press into clumps; set aside.In large bowl, combine plums, sugar and flour. Spread in greased 8-inch (2 L) square glass baking dish; sprinkle with topping.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven until bubbly and topping is golden and crisp, 45 to 60 minutes. Serve warm.
