In large heatproof bowl over saucepan of simmering water, melt peanut butter chips with chocolate chips. Remove from heat. Fold in cornflakes, chow mein noodles, marshmallows and peanuts.Drop by heaping 1 tbsp (15 mL) onto lined baking sheet. Chill until hard, 1 hour. (Make ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up 3 days.)
