In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add maple syrup and bananas; cook, shaking pan occasionally, until bananas are golden brown, about 5 minutes. Let cool. Transfer bananas
to large parchment paper-lined plate and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
In food processor, purée bananas until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes. Add peanut butter; pulse until combined. Serve immediately. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and frozen for up to 1 week.) Let stand at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
