What is a web food editor?
At family reunions and social events, I am asked the following:
Do you review restaurants? No.
Do you create and test recipes? No.
Do you write for the magazine? Not really.
Then I face blank stares as I try to explain what I really do.
Until now! Last week I had the honour of being interviewed by Malcolm Jolley, executive director of the Good Food Revolution, a weekly online magazine (and e-newsletter...it's great) showcasing the best in artisanal foods plus great Canadian chefs and food personalities: Anita Stewart, Chef Dale McKay, Trish Magwood, among others. I've been reading GFR and its predecessor - Gremolata - as a valuable source of food news and information for years.
