Place salmon on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 F (180 C) oven until fish flakes easily when tested, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces.In bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy; beat in sour cream. Stir in green onions, lemon juice, sesame oil, wasabi, soy sauce and sriracha; gently fold in salmon. Scrape into serving dish.
Makeahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
