Vegan Umami Popcorn

You don’t always need butter to boost the flavour of your popcorn. Instead, sprinkle some nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and drizzle with olive oil for a truly irresistible vegan snack for all to enjoy.

Method

In large bowl, drizzle oil over popped corn; toss to coat. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper; toss to coat.

Test Kitchen Tip: Store in an airtight container for up to four days.
