Ooey, gooey nachos are everyone's favourite pub snack. But trust us -- this healthier version is just as nicely spiced and punchy, but contains much less fat, thanks to baked tortilla chips and lean ground turkey.

In skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook onion, stirring often, until softened and light golden, about 8 minutes. Stir in garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.Stir in turkey; cook, breaking up with spoon, until no liquid remains and turkey is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Stir in strained tomatoes, red pepper and half of the green onions; cook until heated through and thickened, about 5 minutes.
Layer chips and turkey mixture in lightly greased 13- x 9-inch (3L) baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and tips of chips are lightly charred, 60 to 90 seconds. Top with remaining green onions, cilantro and lime juice.
