In bowl, gently mix together salmon, oil, lemon juice, shallots, mustard and hot pepper sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
In blender, purée avocado, yogurt, chives and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Spread avocado mixture over crackers. Top with salmon mixture.
