In food processor, combine butter, sundried tomatoes, maple butter, parsley and lemon zest until smooth. Season with pepper.

Preheat broiler. Place bread on baking sheet; broil until heated through, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven; brush with butter mixture. Slice and serve.
